Professional Experience

Owner, SunRain Productions, LLC (1.2007 - Present)
Build websites, photograph events and produce short video projects including PSAs, music videos and wedding videos.

Technical Supervisor, Stand Up To Cancer (2.2008 - 2.2009)
Supervised all technical aspects of the development and maintenance of the Stand Up To Cancer website.

Teaching Assistant, USC Cinematic Arts (1.2006 - 5.2007)
TA'd the intro class for the MFA program and the MFA directing workshop. Worked with Carroll Hodge, Angelo Pacifici, Eugene Lazarev, Jeff Crum.

Lead Monitor, USC Student Production Office (9.2004 - 5.2006)
Managed the Student Production resources for USC student films, including access to the various technical and legal elements of pre-production and production. Represented the student body on issues of set safety, filmmaking protocol and interacting with the Physical Production office.

Multimedia Curator, Vassar Media Cloisters (6.2001 - 7.2003)
Facilitated and managed digital media project development at Vassar College. Provided instruction to faculty and students in Final Cut Pro, CAD, Web Design and Development, Quicktime Authoring, Gaming, DVD Authoring and Maya. Hired, managed and taught the 16 student employees of the Media Cloisters. Planned programming events for the campus through the Cloisters.

Web & GUI Designer, OpinionWare (6.2000 - 6.2001)
Designed and built the graphical user interface for opinion polling software. Designed custom demos and templates for high profile clients such as 3M, HomeDepot and the United States Government.

Maya & Avid Instructor, Palos Verdes on the Net (6-8.2004)
Instructed High School students in the use of Avid for a local, youth-run TV station, and in 3D modeling and animation using Maya.

Adjunct, Ulster County Community College (9.2001 - 5.2002)
Instructor for Introduction to Web Design. Skills taught included HTML, javascript, digital imaging and user interface design/information architecture.

Multimedia Certification Instructor, UMass Lowell (1-8.2001)
Instructor for Design & Development of Interactive Media, the capstone course required of all students seeking multimedia certification at UML. Skills covered: interactive project planning, information architecture, collaboration, story-boarding, and multimedia tools.
